REAL ESTATE IS MY PASSION.

Having been in the real estate industry for the past 13 years in various roles overseeing commercial property building operations.  My experience has previously included representing the landlord and tenant throughout my roles within various asset classes from class 'A', and 'B' office buildings, urban-retail, super-regional retail shopping mall, institutional, mission critical telecommunications and data-centre environments throughout Canada and the United States of America, upwards from 500,000 sq./ft. to 2,000,000 sq./ft. while ensuring client satisfaction is always met.

My previous experiences have provided me with the knowledge and experience to assist my clients with making an informed decision on whether they are listing a property for sale or lease, or making an offer to purchase or lease.

The services that I provide to my clients is not just completing paperwork, it is based on the core practice of building long-term relationships through looking out for the best interests from completing due-diligence prior to listing a property, prior to preparing an offer, along with being accessible during, and after the real estate transaction has been completed to support my clients with any requests.   This practice which is undertaken in a 'holistic' approach allows me to provide a tailored and personal approach to every and every client I work with.

Being a Realtor, some of the services I can offer to you are as follows:

• Assisting Landlord and Sellers with placing your property for lease or sale on the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) Multiple Listing System (MLS), along with providing a Comparable Market Analysis (CMA) based on the current real estate market conditions to allow my clients to make an informed decision on pricing the property.
• Assisting Tenants and Buyers with searching for a property for lease or sale on the TRREB MLS, preparing a CMA based on the current real estate market conditions to assist my clients with making an informed decision, while remaining within their budgets.
• Scheduling and completing  in person and virtual showings of properties for my clients when they are unable to attend the site.
